- Insurance Info - SALT Health does not accept or bill insurance; however, pharmacies, labs and referrals often require insurance information. Please upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card. This will expedite the process for testing, referrals and prescription refills.
- Prescription Refills- Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be refilled. There are often delays or clarification requests from the pharmacy.
